How To Use

How To Use

Microwave for 60-90 seconds or freeze for 1+ hours. Lay the pillow upside down over your eyes for (warm) relaxation or (frozen) headache relief. Try laying the pillow on your chest to lessen anxiety, or heat and lay on the abdomen for cramps or stomach ache. The heart fits perfectly over the eyes when placed upside down (with the point up toward the forehead) and can also be used for anxiety by placing it on the chest when you're lying down. Note: Naturally dyed products feature variations in color that add character and individuality. No piece will be exactly the same.
