Refund policy

At Ora’s Amazing Herbal, we pride ourselves on excellent quality and customer service. We want you to love us! Please understand we can not take used products back for resale, but if for any reason our product did not work for you, or you simply have any questions or concerns, please BE IN TOUCH and we will do everything we can to make you happy. Usually a little product use guidance does the trick, and if it does not, we often can send you a different product to try that will meet your needs. We love earning your trust!

If you do not want to discuss, but simply want a full refund, please return items in original condition and packaging within 30 days from date of receipt. Please understand that for quality reasons, we cannot accept opened products or products past a 30 day ship date for full returns.

We will absolutely replace any product damaged during shipment. Just contact us and we will get you a replacement immediately.
