How To Use

How To Use

For tattoo aftercare we follow our artists instructions. If this is the first time using any of our ingredients on your skin, please spot test on a small area other than the tattoo before applying to a new tattoo. 

Tattoo Soap: To use Tattoo Soap we use a clean hand to rinse the tattoo first, and then we massage soap into the skin allowing a few minutes for cleansing. Then we wash away the suds and follow with Tattoo Salve or Oil.

Tattoo Oil: To use Tattoo Oil we pump oil into a clean hand and massage oil into our skin while taking a nice deep breath (it's always a good idea to breathe). For best results, apply multiple times per day. This oil is the same formula as our Unscented Body and Facial Cleansing Oil, and can be used the same way! 

Tattoo Salve: To use Tattoo Salve we use a clean swab or finger to scoop out a small amount, warm between hands and massage into skin allowing a few minutes for absorption. This salve is the same formula as our All Purpose Salve, and can be used the same way!

For moisturizing and brightening older tattoos, for best results, we use Salve or Oil immediately after bath, while skin is still soft. To aid in absorption, when applying to completely dry skin on older tattoos, we add a few drops of water and blend in our hand before applying.
