How To Use

How To Use

Make a strong pot of this tea as you would any herbal tea add to tub. Add water to preferred temperature. Or, fill the bathtub with a few inches of hot water. Add one bath tea bag and let sit for a couple mins to soak and steep. Then fill the rest of the bathtub with water at your desired temperature. Relax and feel the calming aroma of these wonderful herbs. Leave the bath with skin feeling smooth, soothed, and refreshed. Alternatively, use as a facial steam, steep in a large pot and save in the fridge as a lovely facial spray, foot soak, or to blend with oils when applying to skin.
